[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund Amount not credited in Bank Account

I have cancelled a Ticket on IRCTC which was booked through OBC bank debit card (Now PNB).
Which was refunded by IRCTC on 19th January and now it's been so many days but still I didn't received that amount in my bank.
