Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund amount not credited to my account

Address:Plot 141, ashok nagar, c/o- B.M pattanaik, bhubaneswar

I have ordered 2 items from amazon. I paid for the two items through my debit card. After some days my order got cancelled and i got message from amazon that my refund has been processed and should reflect in my account in 10 days. But its been now 14 to 15 days. I have not got my amount. They have also provided me refund reference number. I have tried to contact bank through phone and emails but no response from them. I have my reference number for my two orders.
