I am rohan yadav i have done and transaction on paytm mall through mike punjab national bank credit card of inr 499 rupees on 15th may then i thought the product was not good and i was not interested then i cancel that then on 16 may there was a reply that that 499 rupees has been processed your bank account and you will reach there is no rule of paytm in your bank account the paytm has done it job and process 499 rupees to bank account and it give me and reference number and then when i call them pnb e banking services and ask that why i have not got my money then say they say that there has been no transactions of 499 of incoming from paytm when i ask them i have a reference number and rational number they said that they don't know and one of them of call was not good he was in very attitude and when asking for help then not helping me said that i have bank reference number can you track it they said that no we don't track just we see that incoming outgoing i said the track acid them to track my refund status refund status they are not able to track what is happening 499 rupees and it's over four days and i did not receive my money till now after four days i am logging, i complain in the pnb consumer complaints 56 only is am providing you my refund reference number now, 30001091379135209648122
