I made purchase from Myntra through phonepe with my PNB debit card. Unfortunately I have to return the purchased materials on 02/07/19. Myntra refunded the amount through phonepe to my debit card on 04/07/19 and told me wait for 7 to 9 days to get it reflected to my bank account. But today 16/7/19, 12 days already passed but amount not credited. I have contacted phonepe they confirmed the refunds initiated successfully and told me to apply for charge back at bank. I called PNB customer care but the guy named Abram told me that they have no information about the transaction and they cannot help in this matter and told me to contact phonepe. Now I dont know where my money was stuck. I also asked PNB customer care representative about the procedure of charge back application and asked him to tell me what to do now. But he is reluctant to help anyway and only repeatedly told me to contact phonepe. While contacting phonepe they are fairly gave me transaction Id with ARN number. So what to do now? How can I get my money? Please suggest.
