Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund generated by merchant but not credited

I am supposed to receive a refund of Rs 599 from decathlon. On contacting their customer care department of the merchant, who gave me the refund generation slip with ARN 17203010338048125951541. This refund was neither deposited in the account nor was anything displayed in the mini statement.
