Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by amazon but not received in bank account

I complaint earlier about this matter. After registering complaint the pnb customer care miss call me again and again they did not talk to me about my issue till date. When i call back to that number, then call ended whith saying wrong number. Please report it. If it is possible please provide me the contact number by which the issue is shorted out. The issue as it was.
