[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by Amazon but still not credited in my bank account.

I had made a payment of Rs. 9499/- on 6 Feb 2021 to amazon but due to personal reasons I cancelled my order. Amazon had initiated refund on 9 Feb 2021. But I haven't received the amount Rs. 9499/- in my bank account of Punjab National Bank. Amazon sent this reference number 30005110371037134805730.
Even I had contact to Branch Manager of PNB to filed the charge dispute form but they clearly deny and said they don't have charge dispute service in their branch.
I request you to look into this matter and credit the said amount in my bank account.

Actually I contacted to Amazon senior representative, I called them 4-5 times. After 20 days, finally I get my refund.
Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
