Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by amazon but still not received in my bank account

I have ordered a Redmi note 9 pro mobile on 11/02/ 2021 .
which payment was done by MY PNB DEBIT CARD ...ending with 2758 which is a Rupay Debit Card . It was to be received on 22/02/2021 .But I have not received/returned my product. Amazon Cancel that ORDER by THEMSELVES .
Amazon initiated the refund OF RS. 12999 on 16/02/2021 and it was expected to come on 22/02/2021.
Amazon gave me the reference id : 30005110421042203340932 but the PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK has still not credited my money.

This is urgent please help me as soon as possible
