Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by Amazon.in but amount not received

Sir, I am customer of PNB Bank having Account Number-[protected].Sir, there was a refund from Amazon dated 2/10/2021 for Rs.496.75 but the refund is not reflected in my bank a/c till date. After making enquiry with Amazon I came to know that the refund was successful on part of Amazon on 2/10/2021 having(Reference number[protected] and visiting pnb branch I came to know that there was no system with pnb to track Reference Number. So, kindly look into the matter.
