Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated nykaa but not receive

I have order the product on nykaa. The price of product is 1089.i have order the product on date 26/07/2021.
But after some minutes cancelled the order.
This is my order id #NYK[protected].
When I call nykaa CUSTOMER support he say refund initiated date on.
26/07/2021.
But i have not yet receive the refund amount in my bank account.
This is reference no. UTR/ARN30001012081207130544483.
So i want to raise a complaint against this and request you to please find this ### and requesting refund of my amount of 1089
