[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund issue

I had ordered something from Amazon on 25-01-2021 which i successfully cancelled on 28-01-2021. Since i paid for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happened till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a transaction number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that i called the bank with the transaction number given from Amazon but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My refund transaction number is 30005110251025152850162 . Attached is the email from the Amazon team stating that the refund has been successfully completed. Refund amount:- 35990. Product name:- asus vivobook 14. My name:- manoj kumar dhaka.
