I purchased j7max on date 16.11.2018 and canceled the order on same day 16.11.2018 but i didn't get my refund back and the amazon customer service saying that the they has refunded and gave me refund reference no. 756216 and the bank customer services saying they didn't help as until refund comes to your account and same said by bank
Branch dont know what to do
