I have purchase and product from Amazon which was delivered to me on 13th January 2021 and the turn was picked up at on 29 January 2021 where in the product refund was processed back to the original mode of payment that was the debit card of PNB Bank Bhera Enclave branch Delhi but yet even after 7 days of the refund processed I have not received my amount credited to the PNB account
I have been juggling between Amazon customer care and the PNB to get my money back. Amazon has given me my refund reference number which PNB Customer Care is not ready to accept and is not able to help me I kindly request and put my faith in Indian Consumer complaints to get my problem resolved herein I am sharing my refund reference number please help.
