I purchased tshirt from amazon on 28/10/2018 and done full payment cash on dilivery but tshirt is not good then return the tshirt then amazon is saying 'your refund for the order[protected] of rs.307 has been processed successfully on 11/27/2018. The amount should reflect in your account by 12/03/2018.'
The refund reference number for the transaction is[protected].
That refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute form.
But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
Same behaviour by branch also.
