I have been informed by the Refund agency that they have done the transaction and provided the arn no.
Which they said only get generated during a transaction. They ask to inquire in PNB customer care.
But when I did an inquiry in the customer care they said they can do anything in this issue.
I have also tried to register a complaint in internet banking where there is an option for refund not received from e-commerce issue under technology and then internet banking service option. But the complaint system is not working in PNB, it doesn't register and return an error.
