I had ordered Pink Fleece sweater last week that is on 7th December and cancelled the same immediately on the same day because of some network issue. The company mailed me saying that the refund has been processed and initiated and should be reflected in 5-7 days for the same in the account. But it's been more than one week and the amount is not reflecting in my account. Kindly refund the amount properly and look into this matter as soon as possible.
