Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund not received from best price (walmart)

I had ordered some items through best price app on 23/05/2020. The same were delivered on 25/05/2020 with a few items missing.

The total purchase order was worth of ₹8946 but what i received the items were worth of ₹6931.79

I still have not received the remaining amount ₹[protected].

I have made repeated calls/mails to both pnb and walmart but none resolved my issue.

Walmart says that they had refunded the remaining amount on 23/05/2020 and pnb says that it hasn’t received the said amount yet.
