Kindly find enclosed herwith the attached files, the matter is self explanatory with the complaint no. Sr a[protected] on dated 06.01.2019, on the issue i have made request so many times since 27.12.18 to the the third party i. E. Filkart but their c s refuse to return or place my order again as they did not get the amount.
Besides that as far as my complaint no. Sr a[protected] pnb customer support directed to me to complaint here to resolve the aforesaid matter.
Therefore please resolve the issue at the earliest for the sake of bank as well as customer support.
