Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund of my cancelled order.

Dear team,
I have ordered a redmi 4 64 gb mobile on 17 october 2017 which transaction has been successful and deducted from my bank account but order has been canceled and till now i have not received any refund. I am totally frustrated what can i do in this concern i have called you many time and i touch with bank team also they also told me that the transaction has been successed from their side. Please give me any way how to action the particular concern. As the telephonic conversation on yesterday i attached the bank statement copy please find below the attachment and do needfull regarding that.
