Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund of order cancellation on flipkart

I had a payment with flipkart, but due to covid19 they cancel the order and refunded the money but this amount yet not have been received in my account.
It past long 10 days óf refund made by flipkart.
Please resolve this soon.
