[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — regarding unnecessary amount deduction

I went in sbi atm (Bhikaji cama palace, new delhi, 110066) in 7th february 2018. I insert the atm card in the atm machine and fill detail of amount 6000 then i received a slip of sorry unable to process at 05:17pm. But my 6000 amount deduct. I also complain on customer care with sr a[protected]. Please check the footage and other technical issue. And provide me proper resolution.
