Please note that I am a customer of your esteemed institution. My Account No is [protected] of Branch Garden Reach in Kolkata.
My Debit Card ( No [protected] ) had expired on 31.12.16.
For renewal of the same I had submitted a request application to the Branch Manager on 25 Nov 2016, but I am sorry to state that I am yet to receive any Card till date for which I am facing immense problem in this 'Cashless' environment in the country.
