Punjab National Bank [PNB] — requested forex has not arrived

An amount o[censored]sd 11718.00 was requested on 1 feb 2019, to send to my account in usa.

Received the following email on 13 feb 19, but till date usd has not been credited to my account.

""dear customer,
Request for outward remittance submitted by you is under process.
Your current reference number is orm-[protected]-process.
Customer account number : [protected]
Amount : usd 11718.000
Manager pnb's offering"""

I called the telephone numbers in india as given in the email received from pnb, but no satisfactory answer was given.

Please advise, where is the forex which was requested on 1st february 2019.

I have many mail to pnb [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in [protected]@pnb.co.in & PNB branch mail to [protected]@pnb.co.in
but my problem not resolve kindly resolve my problem
