Dear sir, I have redeemed reward point in pnb debit card, i the time of redemption they have debited 948 points equivalent to rs 237 from my accumulated piont and send me the item which i selected, but now they charged for the same was point[protected] approx point and demand from me an amount of rs 184.41.
