Dear sir,
Through this medium i wish to complaint about rude behavior and lack of help of doulatpur kalan (Bulandshahr up) branch of pnb. I went there for issue a new debit card and kyc update but the person (Mr. Rahul) who sits on counter. Of this branch talk so rudely n dont helped me out and saying i have more work and shortage of staff your work not done today you can come tomorrow and after that he says i am a government employee you can not take any action against me. Even when i complained about him to the manager his behavior was the same. Is this the way bank behaved with value customer. Kindly look into this matter and give them some training about behavior.
I am working in greater noida, and i have taken special leave for this job. I have visited twice in branch on same day 1st half and 2nd half dated 01.11.2017.
But he has not updated my kyc detail and denied to work. I have handed over a checque - amount of rs 2600, to him but still my cheque not cleared.
