Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Ticket cancellation refund initiated from irctc successfully but not received in my pnb bank account

Hello, I had canceled a train ticket a few weeks ago. The refund of 460 rupees was successfully initiated on 20 april. And The refund amount was supposed to be credited into my account till around 28 April. But still I have not received the refund into my account. Upon contacting irctc they said that everything is successfully done from their side. And then I contacted bank and they are saying that this issue is from irctc side.
Plz look into the matter .
