[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Transaction problem

I have registered complain number MO85773920 on 5th February about my 3 transfer of rs 5000, 3000, 2000 from my pnb account [protected] through BHIM APP .Money was debited by your system but it was not credited on destinated account.all ready spent 9 days still not getting any feedback from customer care.please resolve this problem as soon as possible

Bank takes almost 12 days.bank does not call me.I called 3 times and all the three times they said you have to wait.finally I got my money.but I want to say that bank should take action to solve this type of problem in minimum time.12 days is very long time

I think this is only gate way problem of pnb.bank should resolve all this problem as soon as possible.I have lost 10000 just due to pnb server on 5 Feb.they are not giving any feedback
