Dear sir snap deal refunded Rs.1949 for your Sparx Gray with Refund Reference Number is '[protected]' on 29th December 2016, but money not credited yet to my bank a/c no. [protected]. Please try to sort it out. Confirmation msg sent by snap deal attach below as snapshot. I have talked snap deal they said money already sent. Then I talked pnb branch many times but no action taken yet by pnb.

Updated by ginitin Dear sir I have transferred Rs.448 from paytm wallet to my pnb bank account no. [protected] on 28th December 2016, but money not credited yet. Bank transaction I'd is [protected]. Please sort it out. Also see attachment.
My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. I talked to paytm they said already sent money from their side.. I also tell pnb bank so many time but no action taken by my bank. Please resolve this issue
