I decline the payment (Bhim upi) of cams ipo on 23rd sep then too my money is blocked i. E mandate applied successfully. Can you explain (Pnb bank) why my money is blocked if i declined the transaction? And the refund date of cams ipo was 29 sep then too my money is not release yet now..
