I'm b. G. Dash having saving a/c in pnb at kalarahanga branch, bhubaneswar (Ifsc - punb0764800). On 30th january 2018, i've made an imps transaction for rs. 10000 and the amount was debited from my account and the same time my beneficiary didn't received the money. I've made several complaints via phone email and website. But still now there's no response from their side.
Today i've contacted to the customer care and they are saying that i have to wait for another 45 days simply. I need my money at the earliest. Why do i want to wait for 45days. That's my money and bank people's only used to instruct to use mobile banking app. Very worst response from their side. My home branch is palace road, thrissur.
