Punjab National Bank [PNB] — When will I get my debit card and net banking password

Respect sir/mam,
I Naveen Setia A loyal customer of your bank punjab national bank wanted to request you that i have applied for a personal debit card about 3-4months ago and still no response from your side
Than again i applied for internet banking password again i still got no documents or post till now
Sir why you all guys are so lazy dont you wannaa do work or what? Every time i go to bank they say they still haven’t got my card or net banking password
Sir i think you might close your bank if you are not interested in providing services and all
