I have submitted my KYC documents alongwith ATM CHQ BOOK form but till date i have not receieved the same. Today when i visited your civil line branch regarding the same the branch manager alongwith other staff member start abusing me in front of the public. He uses such bad words and behave rudely. I am very displeased and want to shift my account to other bank because of this incident and also will suggest my family members and friends to shift there account also. A serious action should be taken against the bank manager. My account is [protected] pnb civil lines branch
