Punjab National Bank — regarding deduction of money but payment failure

Date: april 3, 2020; friday.
Money got deducted while withdrawing money from the atm but payment failed. I waited for two days hoping that the money will be automatically refunded but nothing happened. I tried reaching out the toll free numbers as well but there is no response. The online site is also showing some error when we submit the complaint form. Please look into this matter as early as possible.
