Sir, my self shobhit khandelwal residing at 3/91, paras ram nagar, dher ka balaji, sikar road, jaipur having s. B. A/c. No. [protected] with punjab national bank br. Dher ka balaji, teen dukan, sikar road, jaipur. On 26.12.2016 rs.2100/-debited by bank towards txn. Id.[protected] against online transation with paytm.com order id:[protected] and the said transaction could not complete due to system error at the end of paytm and informed thru mail, the said amount will be credited to my sb a/c with pnb. Even laps of 90days span, neither paytm refunded me the above said amount as confirmed by them nor pnb is accepting my complaint for the reversal of the amount debited by them. You are sincerely requested to look into the matter and please do the needful in this regards to for the reversal of wrong debit by concern branch of pnb. I will be really very much thankful. As in this case neither online payment walet i. E. Paytm.com and pnb both are responding properly nor getting refund of the amount wrongly debited to my saving account. Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
