Kindly see in the matter. My meter no is z74bs224519f. I am paying extra meter bill from last three months. As our meter is giving proper readings, but still zirakpur electricity board sending the average bills from last 3 months. Kindly look in the matter. Or we have to go for complain at higher bases. Kindly check below attach bills and calculate the readings. And department people are making fool o[censored]s.

      I am a customer of your department with "[protected]" account number i paid my all bills till june 2018 as the amount of all bills was reasonable but this month i found a quite strange bill with amount 18260/- i don't think that it is justifiable. As per records last paid bill's amount was 970 (May-june), 2190 (April - may). How suddenly can the cycle incline so far up to 18260?

        Sir near by bsnl tower in nayagaon adarsh nagar a person name mehtab singh, illegally using kundi connection, many times we have reported this action to the local government electricity men (Pspcl)
        But they are not taking any action on this, kindly look into this matter, and catch the culprit asap, yesterday only electricity men name rajvir caught them, and make video of their kundi connection but no action is being taken against them and today they again they repeated the same kundi connection, i dont know why local electricity boys are not catching them and taking action against them so i requested to you take action asap

          I have received bill of Rs 6, 192 for period from 21st May to 21st July, 2018, whereas, I have cleared all my bills till 21st May, 2018. I am not living at this place therefore I should get only minimal charges to hold the meter connection for the mentioned address in the bill attached.

          Please note, I have paid Rs 4, 660 for clearing bills up to 21st May, 2018.

          Kindly look into the issue as I suppose there is some electricity theft has happened or an operational mistake from your end.

              Hlo,

              Today we received bill for the amount of 2550 of the consumption 370 units agst account no.[protected] ( E32GNI3089H) but this is not possible, so please check the meter.
              I think meter is not running well & its taking wrong consumption units.
              Its impossible to consume this high units.
              In the same as per our uses of electricity load my other neighbours is using same but in their bills consume units showing only 87-100 units, so how this possible that we used 370 units.

                Dear Sir

                I paid my electricity bill through pspcl.in using billdesk internet banking.My bank site gave me the confirmation of payment success..but as the site got redirected to pspcl i got payment aborted message through pspcl site.My bank statement still shows that the amount has been transferred to the pspcl ltd.Today is the last date for my bill payment which i already made .Why m i not getting this payment confirmation and reciet from pscl.My bill amount was 234300.The payment was done by me yesterday i.e on 19th july, 9.34 pm.My pspcl ac no is P41BG0100018.Kindly inform me that is my payment confirmed or i have to make the payment again cause today is the last day for making payment or i will pe penalised.And since money has been debited from my bank account to pspcl..when wil i be refunded.

                  Unit Consumed- 74 unit during 14 May, 18 to 18 July, 18 and the bill is showing Arrears Current Financial Year amounting Rs. 788. Though the hike is w.e.f. 1st of April, 18. The arrears should be of 1 and a half month i.e. 1 April, 18 to 13 May, 18 and this bill is on new rate. Whether per unit rate is more than Rs 20?

                      Hello PSPCL team,

                      I've been facing a problem related to online Bill payment. On 17/07/2018 I've visited PSPCL website for my bill payment. As irresponsibility of your workers My Bill was not uploaded. I've checked CA No. of some of friends and there due bill was successfully showing up. I decided to pay my bills in advance.

                      On 17/07/2018 I paid Rupee 870/- in advance for CA No. Y61HK550395X with receipt No.[protected].

                      Second Bill I paid of Rupee 12010/- in advance for CA No. Y61HK571927A with receipt No.[protected]. (Dated 18/07/2018)

                      On 19/07/2018 I received email that my bill was due. I checked Bill payment website and I seen my Bill was uploaded (Which on 17th and 18th July was not uploaded). My paid amount Rupee 12010/- and Rupee 870/- is showing up in advance mode.

                      I contacted on 1912 helpline and they told me to contact my PSPCL Board office. I went to Sarai Naga (PIN Code: 152025) PSPCL Board but meeting went unfruitful. Person sitting at reception told me to go to Muktsar PSPCL office which is nearly 20-25KM away.

                      Being in stress, I went to Muktsar PSPCL office and they told me that they can only resolve problem for Mukstar area. Which clearly shows that the person in Sarai Naga should have resolved my problem but instead he sent me to Mukstar.

                      I was really disappointed. Being the last hope, I urge you to take look at my case. If you need any kind of further information, Feel free to contact me on this email.

                        I am from ludhiana, house number- B-34, 6140/3, luxmi nagar, jassian road, i have a daily problem of my electricity phase, it break down in the evening almost everday. My father is a Government Servant whenever he cones back home from office everytime they has to face problem because of this electricity problem. I want to change my phase of my home which will provide me a good constant service. I hope you will understand my problem and will find a solution as soon as possible.

                          We are constructing home in Aerocity and have a temporary connection there. There is no electricity in our house from more than a week. Even after making multiple complaints at 1912, the complaint is getting resolved but no once comes to check the problem. I didn't get what the hell is this. Who is going today for the harassment and the delay in the work. Even today the complaint was marked on priority but all in vain. Below are three of the complaint numbers:

                            Account no b44gc440019f, due to excess bill we challenged bill as a result the meter is replaced with new one but the bill is coming with amount including challeged bill amount we pay the actual bill as per our meter reading but the employees sitting in the office didnt listen to us and didnt update the bill as a result we have to recalculate the same and request them to accept the same, they always gives excuses that they dont know how to update the status of the bill please look into the matter or we have to proceed legally.
                            Please take the matter seriously.

                            status of the complaint is updated as resolved but complaint still not resolved as a result we face a lot of problems during payments of the bill as staff present in the office in sardulgarh are very careless and irresponsive and always gives reply like its not our work upper department will look in to the same.please take the matter seriously and resolve the same.
                            Power supply is not proper from 3 hrs. supply is too dim, it can damage electrical appliances.please do something about it.

                              At 10:12am .The peroson who pick my call didn’t tell his name after that i call on this no. 3-4 time then hi came here at 1:42pm.
                              The wireing from transfarm to my metre is very lose i told that person please do properly so i will not face this problem again but that person do nothing & told me if you want to resolve your problem go & make a 10ft ledder.
                              Is this my duty to carry a ledder whenever light is off ?

Mohali want to complaint that from last 3 months we are facing the problem of power cuts at late night and day time due to damge of wire and the inaction of the officials of your deptt..Further on asking about the reason for the same, they told us that our society own have to spend a huge amount from our pocket to rectify this problem by getting this wire changed with the new one. if this is the only solution of same, then kindly send me a copy of notification/order for public where it has been written that we own have to pay for abovesaid problem. In addition to this our village is located near CM House, Punjab inspite of this fact we are facing these problems daily. You are therefore requested to do the needful in this regard

My complaint is that if you people want to apply cuts please do it in day time please don't spoil rest time of people as some families having small kids infants new borns and most importantly patients and a Hard working man who works whole day and get only 8 hours to sleep at night and your electricity cuts spoils their rest time too... People are paying you doing hard work like you so please manage your cut times in day time that's my only complaint.. I am not stopping you to do that just saying to do it in a systematic way...                                     I complaint about the accidentally damaged power cable of my building on July 12, 2018 vide request no. 1125171 at 04:53 PM then i received message of work in progress by [protected] after that i received the message regarding the complaint is been resolved on July 13, 2018 at 01:01 AM but which was not resolved. I again registered complaint on July 13, 2018 vide request no. 11264119 at 11:18 AM then i received message of work in progress by [protected]. I called Mr. Gurmit Singh at about 03:38 PM he replied (He didn't received any complaint). I again register my complain third time within 24 hrs vide request no. 11269271 at 03:36 PM. I again call lineman Mr. Rajesh [protected] at 03:46 PM he replied (I'm working at Aman Nagar & not available). After that i call no of time at customer care no[protected]from 5:29 PM to 6:28 PM) regarding the status of my complaint but I'm still right now sitting with not electricity from past 24 hrs.
                                    I already face the same situation number of time before this every single time i register my complaint with customer care & when the complaint moved to the higher authorities then lineman's suggest us to dont call at customer care straight come to us we are sitting here & where.
                                    If i got this kind of response from the customer care then why is this center is working????????? Most of the lineman's not following the instructions of the customer care... Is this for the sake of money or donation ?????????????????
