Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — complaint against pspcl employees

I am living in a great place called Jalandhar in Punjab, and the PSPCL of Pujab is not providing electricity on time, and the inconsistency is increasing day by day. The SDO and JE/lower employees all do not take their jobs seriously. When there is a power cut at night, they do not come to repair, and even on call, they say that it is not possible and they will come in the morning to repair. This will happen too often now, for two days in a week. Your customer service 1912 doesn't have any solutions. what we do as lay men.It's really difficult to tackle the PSPCL employees; they are rude and very bullish. So there is no one here to help us. I was trying to find an email address where I could contact. So I found this, where I think the issue represents the right person and gives instructions to the PSPCL employees to do their job properly and talk to the citizens in a well-behaved manner. I think today we will sleep without power. I hope you see our concern.
