These high-tension wires are dangerously close to the structure of my house and run directly above the terrace, creating a constant risk of electrocution, fire,...

Sukhna enclave kansal and surroundings are without power for approx 11 hrs. Still no update on when it will be restored.
Kids and elderly are suffering.
Kindly provide update and plan this does not repeat...

I am living in a great place called Jalandhar in Punjab, and the PSPCL of Pujab is not providing electricity on time, and the inconsistency is increasing day by day. The SDO and JE/lower employees all do not take their jobs seriously. When there is a power cut at night, they do not come to repair, and even on call, they say that it is not possible and they will come in the morning to repair. This will happen too often now, for two days in...

Electric Meter Transfer - which is already there - in the name of new owner. House 709, Consumer No. [protected], Meter No. R67MF394053K. The dealing hand at SDE Office, Kharar. is asking for NAKSHA, Building Permit. The dealing hand is wrong. It is NOT a new connection. The owner of house changes due to HOUSE DEED at the TEHSIL. The meter is already there. PLEASE HELP.

I have one room set at Baltana (Zirakpur) My meter was installed at Electricity Poll out side my home. In night Truck damaged my meter by hitting it while reversing . A complaint was lodged with department . Line man come and checked and found that even after disconnecting the out going wire meter still running. On his advice department replaced the meter and as per new rules my meter bill was coming NIL.

Now department is saying that I have to pay the charges' amounting to Rs. 70, 000/- as they have got the meter checked and found ok. They have removed my new meter installed and I am Without power.
I require only one bulb in night as I am daily goes to my duty from 7 AM to 7PM.
Before damaging the meter I was getting Bill less than Rs.500/- of two months billing systems and was not defaulter at any time.

Please Help.

I am Writing this email regarding the Electricity bill for the month of December, which I received on 15/12/2023 on mail. The amount mentioned in Bill is 69810/-which is much higher than the usual bills I have been paying. The Bill is to be paid on 26/12/2023. It is also to mention here that since June on words no body is residing in the premises i.e.Flat No.206 for which the bill is raised. The last bill which
I Received is on 01 Auguste 2023 is for 0/-.
On 17/12/2023 when I visited my Premises to check the meter reading. The meter showing reading of App 1550 units within 5 days i.e. 12/012 to 17/12/2023.

So need your intervention to protect against any misshaping happening for the scenario . And please cut all the tree branches wherein touch with electricity wire .

The complaint is to prune the tree at our house i.e., H.No-1532, Sector-69, Mohali.

It has overgrown risking the electric cables and supply ans is heavily imfestwd with BATs.

Kindly, prune and cut the tree in the interest of electricity supply and safe habitat of residents.

This is regarding a complaint as to get a new transformer in Subhana village, Jalandhar, Punjab. Although, this issue has been in talks for over 6 months now yet unfortunately the officials haven't taken any action towards it. Despite telling them that it's extremely difficult to live in improper voltage supply every day, still for them it's not serious and they keep on increasing the date for work.

I personally have talked with the Junior Engineer of the area, from the past one month, he has been making excuses after excuses. Sometimes, the contractor is ill, sometimes the contractor is busy elsewhere etc, these kinds of excuses.

I don't know who is reading this complaint but if anyone who actually possess adequate power and will so kindly help us and please elect those people who actually know what public service is all about. Because clearly these officials are taking their jobs for granted.

Ultimately I don't wish bad for anyone. It's just that due to such people's misconduct and irresponsible behavior, we, common people have to suffer each day.

Yesterday my electricity bill with account
no-[protected] came for time period 27 may -27 July with rs 6737 as sundry charges only . And actual bill amount zero .
There is no due any past electricity bill,
As always paid on time .
Even as living in village bill usually comes zero maximum times.
We request you to rectify this bill, as we can't paid such amount only on sundry charges .
Even try to clarify from sub divisional office they didn't give any proper answer.

Such a shameless service provide by ppscl it's been 3 hour we called about 10 times but there is not even a single update from there side such a fake service provide to customer if you are not able to provide electricity to customer kindly close your company and do something else in which you will do something right.

it is informed you that our house no 10 modern enclave near satya jewellers and swami enclave, 4 -5 houses have no light since from 8 pm 16/07/2023, to till now the fuse/ phase in our area is faulty every time the problem is not resolved. Please change the line of our electricity supply of phase.so please fix the problem as soon as posible

My complaint is regarding the installation of electricity Pole at wrong place. As I post the complaint yesterday the process of installation of electricity poles is under process. There is new electric pole install by the department beside the tree (see photo attached) as there already another pole installed on other side next to the way of my house which is making difficulty for us. It might lead to some serious injury and loss of life if neglected. To my concern and knowledge, I have already complained about it a number of times but no actions took place.

Our power is in breakdown from 27th june 23. We resister complainy 5-6 time but no body is comming. We also visit personally
Sahnewal Ludhiana electricity office but no body came yet.
This is the worse condition of power in Punjab.

No electric supply from last 8.30 hour in medway colony .complain registered to complain cell .no positive reply from the oprater Ravi Kumar plz take needful action .

With respect I want to say that As I came to know that Punjab State has one building one electricity meter policy . Our H.NO 109A (villa) has already one meter in ground flower . I want to second meter in first flower so I applied .
I applied for New Electricity Connection Application No 30814 Dated 17.02.2023 Cancellation Request sent online and refund my amount Rs. 9235.4 (Nine thousand two hundred thirty five rupees and four paisa ) which was submitted through online transaction ID YHDF174O580050 on dated 17.02.2023.
Kindly refund my Amount Rs 9235.4 in below given Account number . I shall be highly thankful to you.
