I have booked a flat no 2, sec-2, lb1 from m/s puranik builders for their puranik city, neral project on 19.12.18 and i paid total rs 54000/-

Mr. Jagan reddy (Sales executive - puranik builder) did the deal with me and he clearly said i have to pay only rs 999/- for 24 months and remaining amount after 24 months and accordingly i booked the flat.

But now i have received a reminder letter on 19.03.19 regarding 30% payment for the flat 2, sec-2, lb1 which was dispatched on 18.03.19 from the builder office.

But later after brief discussion with their customer care, i understand that i need to pay rs 570264/- immediately otherwise i have to apply for loan with financer and also understand that there is an agreement in between builder & few banks for providing loan on behalf of me and i need to apply for a loan.

First thing no one said that i need to pay 30% immediately otherwise need to apply for loan right way and also not informed that i can apply with only those banks which are having agreement with the builder.

I didn’t receive any allotment letter even after 9 months from the date of booking whereas the builder is sending the reminder letter for the payment which is not even discussed with me earlier.

I have already stated earlier that mr. Jagan reddy didn't inform me about the payment schedule during the discussion and clearly said i have to pay only rs 999/- for 24 months and remaining amount after 24 months and accordingly i booked the flat.

But now they pressurise me for the payment which was not discussed with me. They are changing their conditions after the booking.

The builder didn't give anything in writing before the booking. The builder is purely cheating with me.

I am not asking the flat without paying the flat cost. I will pay 100% amount as per the discussion which i had with the representative of the builder and then only ask for the position.

Now there are 2 options, either builder has to refund my booking amount including interest without any deduction else the builder needs to wait for the payment as per the discussion which i had earlier.

If the builder can't wait for the payment as per the discussion which i had at the time of booking then let them cancel the deal and refund my booking money rs 54000/- immediately with interest.

I have already asked them to cancel the deal and asked for refund but they have not refunded my money since last 3 months and just postponing.

Request for your help to get my money back from the builder immediately
