Not received possession letter, parking letter, no space for open parking after 6 months of possession...

I have booked a flat no 2, sec-2, lb1 from m/s puranik builders for their puranik city, neral project on 19.12.18 and i paid total rs 54000/-

Mr. Jagan reddy (Sales executive - puranik builder) did the deal with me and he clearly said i have to pay only rs 999/- for 24 months and remaining amount after 24 months and accordingly i booked the flat.

But now i have received a reminder letter on 19.03.19 regarding...
