Puraniks Builders — Refund of booking amount for flat in Rumah Bali phase 4

We had booked a flat No.A3-1405 in Building Megah (45.84 Sq.Mtr) in Rumah Bali Project, by swiping our credit card for Rs.1, 00, 000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) on 02/01/2023. Due to system issues Cost Sheet was not provided us and promissed us that they will sent Cost Sheet next morning on our email ID. We were informed by your sales Manager Mr.Meghan & Mr.Javed khan that if booking cancelled due to any reason booking amount will be refunded within 45 days.

When we have received Cost Sheet on 06/01/2023, there was so many discrepancies and hence we have immediately cancelled our booking by sending messages and mail on 06/01/2023 & reminder mails on 12/01/2023, 15/01/2023 addressed to javed.[protected]@puraniks.co, [protected]@puraniksbuilders.in, [protected]@puraniks.in, girish.[protected]@puraniks.co.,
akshay.[protected]@puraniks.co.
When we have not received any positive reply, we called the Sales Office, where we have been assured refund of booking amount and requested us to send mail to CRM Mr.Akshay Prabhu. Hence we have sent mail to akshay.[protected]@puraniks.co on 16/01/2023. We also visited CRM Office in Puraniks Capitol at Kasarvadavli.

We thankfully received acknowledgment of mails on 17/02/2023. Thereafter we have sent several reminder mails on 02/02/2023, 27/02/2023, 03/03/2023, 16/03/2023.

I humbly request you to help us to get refund the booking amount with interest.
