We had booked a flat No.A3-1405 in Building Megah (45.84 Sq.Mtr) in Rumah Bali Project, by swiping our credit card for Rs.1, 00, 000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) on 02/01/2023. Due to system issues Cost Sheet was not provided us and promissed us that they will sent Cost Sheet next morning on our email ID. I had booked three flats at project of PURANIKS City Neral by paying Rs. 112000 (rupees one lac and twelve thousand ) during the duration from December 2019 to October 2020. At the time of bookings I was informed by the site manager Rashid Baig, that the possession would be in December 2021. Now, he has informed me that the said possession would be in June 2023. Due to this I informed them via Emai that I wanted to cancel the booking. Now he is telling that there will be no refund. But the site advertisement clearly indicates that the token money is 100% refundable. Kindly help as their customer care service had also stopped replying to my emails citing ' no refund'.
