We have bought Perfect Shaper Belt in February, but the belt was torn in one week's time. When I called the customer care, they said, they will replace the product tomorrow, but so far they have not replaced it.
I am calling them from 12th March, but so far i didnt get any replacement.
This is completely not acceptable and i call it as cheating.
