Hi, i bought a pure shop perfect shaper slimming belt by seeing an advertisement on television. I placed the order over the phone that was displayed in the ad in television. The product was of poor quality and is not at all a slimming belt. Its just a cloth roll, and that too xxl size and was very loose.
I made multiple calls to the customer care and everytime i call them they are reassuring me that the product will be replaced in...

I bought a perfect shaper belt calling the number displayed on the television and once I receive the product it got torn within a week. While I have ordered the item the courier person was rude and asked me to come and collect the same, I did it and while handling the belt He has offered me that if I could pay him 100/- He can change the belt when ever I want to change but later on came to know the fraud behind the scenes.

We have bought Perfect Shaper Belt in February, but the belt was torn in one week's time. When I called the customer care, they said, they will replace the product tomorrow, but so far they have not replaced it.

I am calling them from 12th March, but so far i didnt get any replacement.

This is completely not acceptable and i call it as cheating.

Request somebody to help....
