I have my first order with purple on 26 march 2023 and i am very disappointed wit the app . i have not received my order yet and this is really very disappointing . the app is showing that the orders are returned but i have not return the order . and thy are showing that the items will be deliver tomorrow but the tomorrow never comes and this really very bad service of them .
again i place my 2 order on 3 april 2023 and and again there are some issues with my order . they are showing that the delivery is failed . i am got to much irritated with this stupid app . orders are not paid . there is also no cancel option on this order i do not know what to do . please do something and i want my order
