I have placed my order on 13/5/23 and my expected date of delivery was 14/5/23. Now the status of my order is 'delivered' but i didn't received my order. Today i called the delivery boy Mr Hasan Khan ( CABT). His behaviour is also very rude and he said today (14/5/23 ) is Sunday you will receive your order on monday15/5/23 . But on 14/5/23 I got a message from purple that my order is 'delivered' successfully but i didn't received my order....

I have my first order with purple on 26 march 2023 and i am very disappointed wit the app . i have not received my order yet and this is really very disappointing . the app is showing that the orders are returned but i have not return the order . and thy are showing that the items will be deliver tomorrow but the tomorrow never comes and this really very bad service of them .
again i place my 2 order on 3 april 2023 and and again...

Delivery boy
Delivery boy was very rude..he doesn't know how to talk..firstly he asked me to come to different location so that i can pick my order but i asked him to deliver at my location so he told me he will come after 30 min ..but suddenly he reached and was waiting to give my parcel but i was busy in hospital so i didn't pick his call as my phone was kept somewhere else but after some time when i called him. He started shouting at me he kept on shouting for 2- 3 min, then i asked him where he is so that i can pick my order so i went there..then again he started to shout at me ..in a very bad way..i told him i was busy that's why was not able to recieve his call but he was not listening to me..and was not giving my order also ..when he finished scolding me to about 10 min then only he gave me my order..
And this is the 3rd time he is behaving like this..for no reason ..he just don't know how to talk properly.
Last time also when i received my order. ..so he asked me to show one message to him so i opened that message and suddenly he took photo of my phone's screen ..the message was of feedback link...he took photograph so that he can himself fill that feedback form..all good reviews about him..He himself know that based upon his behavior people wil give him bad reviews that's why he is doing all this illegal things.

I have order some product from the site Purple.com.They have cancel the product as the delivery executive cant deliver the product.It is a prepaid order of 574 rs.I have mailed them and try to contact them many times.but they dont returned my money yet.I have attached the ss.kindly look into the matter.the order id is [protected].

Sub :- Refund from Purple for 2 unmatching product of
(1) Maybelline New York color sensational creamy matte lipstick, 677 noho amber (3.9 g)
(2) Maybelline New York color sensational creamy matte lipstick, 812 mauve it up (3.9 g)
Purple did not deliver me the same matching products mentioned above as displayed on the Purple app . The delivered lipstick colour does not match with display picture on Purple app. I feel cheated. Upon contacting Purple regarding the refund today i was disappointed.
Order id [protected] placed on 26/07/2021. Delivered on 28/07/2021.
Please help me get the refund and do the needful at the earliest.

I ordered some products through purpple website. I made a payment the money was debited from my account but the merchant doesn't receive that. Can I rise refund my money to my account.

complaint regarding late delivery of my products
I have placed 2 orders from purple they both are undelivered now even if they were expected to be delivered long back
Purple is having so pathetic customer care service tht no one is bothered
I must say its highly disappointing as i m a new customer for them and still they are just so careless
Please make my delivery soon as i want them urgently
