Purplle — Refund issue

My name is Lakshmy P S. In august 5 th I ordered one item through purplle and make the payment with google pay. The amount deduced from my account. But the transaction failed. So purplle said the transaction failed. The also send mail refunding the amount. Now it is 15 days passed. I didn't get the refund. I also checked with bank. So pls take action for my complaint.
