Purvanchal Bank — Cash withdrawal from atm but didn't get the cash and the amount deducted

Yesterday (06/11/2020) between 05:15 to 05:30 pm, I have tried to withdraw ₹10000 from the BOI atm at hirodih but the money was not received by me and the deduction of ₹10000 was done from my account. After that i again tried to do the transaction. In the second attempt the transaction was successful. Finally the situation is that i got ₹10000 in cash but from my Account ₹20000 is deducted.
So i am requesting the concerned authority to look into the matter and credit ₹10000 in my bank account asap. I will be thankful to you for the same.
