I have order a toy of rupees 5, 499 but it not delivered so i cancle the order then my refund issued on 20 December 2021. The refund was sent by amazon but the bank manager says that they haven't recieved any amount of refund.
I hope you will take action on this issue.

I received this message on 8.12.2021 but I tried to make transaction on 13.12.2021 but it failed and showed that technical problem at the Bank server end and today on 17.12.2021 I tried to make a transaction it failed again and showed to reset the UPI pin and try again and when I was trying to reset UPI pin but it showed that the card details are not as per as bank records try after some time so tell me that how can make an UPI transaction tell me the actual time In which I can make transaction please I am complaining about this second time so please resolve this problem

Hamare vaha ek CSP allot hua hai jo apane location par nahi chal raha hai 5km dur chalaya ja raha bank mainejar ko complaint karane par bhi koi karyai nahi hui jiske karan yaha k logo ko kafi dikkato ka samana karana pad raha hai

03 April 2021 (Saturday) I was using SBI Bank's ATM located at Auratal at around (11:24 am) to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from my account. But Suddenly the machine is not work and I could not receive any money or receipt, but I received a message on my mobile that Rs. 10, 000 has been withdrawn. In reality, I had not received any cash in my hand. I checked my account summary online also. It is also showing a debit of Rs. 10, 000.

3 अप्रैल 2021(Saturday, Time 11:24) को मैं दो बार ATM Card का प्रयोग किया था। पहली बार मैं जब ATM Card प्रयोग किया तो मेरा 10, 000 का Transaction failed हो गया था और मेरे मोबाइल में Massage आ गया कि आप के account से 10, 000 का Withdraw हो गया हैं SBI ATM औराताल से और जब मैं उसी वक़्त (11:25) पर दूबारा ATM card का प्रयोग करके 10000 निकालने लगा तो दूसरी बार मेरा Transaction सफल हो गया था ।

(यानी पहली बार का Tnx असफल हो गया था (11:24am) और दूसरी बार का Tnx (11:25am) वह सफल हो गया था |
