Hello Sir, Why PUVVNL has charged Meter Charge Unit 80 (2 to 16 Dec) in Jan electric bill even meter had started running from 25 Nov 16 from its installation day. And the day of forming electric bill meter was showing 69 units KWH but PUVVNL charged extra at the name of Meter Charge Unit ie. 80 units. Then total billed units would become 149 Units (Meter Charged 80 units + 69 Units KWH= 149 Units). It compelled me to pay two times for using the same unit 2 Dec to 16 Dec and at this time electric meter was also running. I dont understand why they charged Meter Charge Unit including Meter reading.
