Mera Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limted me conection hai jiska account No[protected] aur account holder name- Sunita Tiwari hai. Humne 2kW ka Load le rakha hai, Jiska 12 June 2023 ka bijali bill 440 ru aaya tha aur humse bill jama karne der ho gayi. agale mahine 14 July 2023 ko humara bijali bil 4468ru aaya aur jisme humne kewal 50 unite ka bijali ka upyog kiya hai to kewal 50 units ka 4468 ru bil kaise aa gaya? bil me hume dikhya gaya hai ki Fixed/ Demand Charges 1928.70ru liye gaye hai mai janana chahti hu ki 2kW conection pe 1928.70 ka Fixed charge kaise aa skata hai, jabki humne har mahine fixed charge 135ru jama kiya hai to achanak se ye ek mahine ka fixed charge itana kaise badh gay? aur saath hi Excess Demand Penalty (1748.70 ru) lage hai 2kW conection pe mahine ka 50 unite bijali use karne par Excess Demand Penalty kaise laga hai. Humne har mahine apna bijali ka samya se jama kiya hai to aaj achanak se itana fixed charge aur ye penalty kaise? Humne Purvanchal Vidyut custmer ko phone karke apni shikayat kari lekin hume waha se koi madat nahi mili. Mai chahti hu ki mera Bijali bill dubara se recheck kiya jaaye aur dubara re-generate kiya jaaye.
Mai apni shikayat ke saath apni jun maah ki aur july maah ki bill saath me attach kar ke behej rahi hu, isase check kiya jaaye.

    सविनय निवेदन है कि मैं शमीम अहमद गांव भिंगारी बाजार जिला देवरिया का निवासी हूं। बिजली मीटर अपनेआप चल रहा है पिछले 6 महीने से बिजली का बिल Rs 14057 बहुत ही ज्यादा आ रहा है न तो हमारे घर में AC hai न ही अन्य जयादे बिजली लेने वाले उपकरण है,
    हमने अपने निकट बिदुत केंद्र भाटपार रानी पर एसडीओ से शिकायत भी की थी लेकिन अभी तक हमारी समस्या का समाधान नहीं किया गया है, इन्हे पता भी नही कैसे इस बिजली बिल को ठीक कराया जाए, ये इतने परेशान हो चुके है की बिजली कटवाने की प्रार्थना तक दे चुके है लेकिन अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई.
    अतः श्रीमान आपसे नम्र निवेदन है कि
    आप कृपया इस को शीघ्रातिशीघ्र ठीक करवाएं, नहीं तो ज्यादा नुकसान भी हो सकता है।

      Hi Team,

      I am writing this to bring to your kind notice that I have received electricity bill of hefty amount i.e. 2779/- payable for the month dated[24/03/2022] to[20/04/2022]. I have paid all my previous arrears so there was no recurring amount due.

      I have received bill from Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. My bill no is[protected] and my meter no is 3363739 .

      What boggles my mind is having received such a huge bill with minimal usage of fan, light, tv and fridge which never crossed amount exceeding 400/- in last six months. Kindly provide me full information regarding the energy usage, charges per unit and how energy charge is imposed. I am doubtful either my electricity meter is showing wrong reading or there is some departmental mistake.

      Kindly review the same and redress our grievance asap.

            I am from Gorakhpur living in Rural area of Ramgarh urf jungle chauri.
            The transformer here gets repeateadly burnt because of higher loads and more connections that a 100KV transformer can bear. We always face voltage fluctuations and sometimes power failure for 24hrs. The sub station is MOTI RAM ADDA and their complain resolution is very poor. They never listen to our genuine concerns. Why a 100KV transformer which can not bear the increasing load and connections in this area. Why not a new transformer with more KV according to load and increasing connections.

                There is continuous power cut in puraina village, block karanda, district ghazipur.
                The officers are irresponsible, they dont have manners to talk.
                Everytime we call ([protected])to ask about the status, either they dont pickup or they show their power of being an govt employee. In rare case they will mention that some repair work is going on.
                If so, these repair works needs to get cross checked as they are just temporary work and breaks again even if there is a little wind or rain.

                we request to take action against such employees and check maintainance work of electricity in the village, and neighborhood villages.

                It makes no sense to cut power unnecessarily.

                Afterall we pay electricity bills and we are consumers.

                Since the moment I wrote this complaint, this guy has increased the electricity cut timings, now we are getting only 2 hours of electricity in the entire 24 hours day night.

                seems like because of this complaint his ego got hurt.

                              In above mentioned bill Fixed/Demand charges was charged rs.880.00 for 2 months while that charge of rs.440.00 for the earlier month was all ready charged and paid vide bill no.[protected] dated 1 april 2020. i have already made a complaint vide complaint no.[protected] after logging in my a/c at uppcl but till date no enquiry was done.

                                      I am getting irregular bills where in the meter reading is incorrect, the billing period is some twice in month. Some charges for 4 days some for 11 days. The reading shows 2 units but charges are 1650rs. They are calculating incorrectly. Attached are my payment history, incorrectly calculated units, march 2020 bill.
                                      Please launch a complaint against them as they are looting customers and that too openly. All calculations are illogical.

                                        I have pay the bill against account no.[protected], balram chaudhari, receipt no.[protected]ws000003 dated: 03.06.2017. After that waiting for next bill but till date i have not received next bill against same account no., further i received bill against account no.[protected]. Regarding i have given the application to je kubersthan, padrauna kushinagar in oct. 2019. But till date, i have not received any response from them. Due to said reason i am unable to deposit electric bill. So purvanchal vidyut vitran nagam limited are responsible for any action against electric bill.

I have not recd any bill last 3 year and sudden i have informed from department that my outstanding more than 40000/- and settlement date is tomorrow i. E.15.02.2019.                                               I am permanent resident of vill-bhojpur, p. O.-ranganj, lalganj, dist.-partap garh, u. P. My electricity connection no. Is 5111/621041. On 01/07/2018 je/lineman ghuisarnath power house had come to my house for checking electricity connection. My wife alone was at house. She could not produce any bill/receipt of electricity connection. I was in delhi. I had a talk with je and i informed him that i am coming within four days then i shall show him receipt. But je got annoyed unnecessary and he had cut the connection and taken away electricity wire. Je had used abusive language. I have taken connection for electricity and not for hearing abusive language. After sometimes je had come back to my house and connected the electricity wire. Such senseless employees are not liable to be kept in service and they should be terminated. Earlier also they had cut my connection and taken away wire. When i made a complaint then they had connected electricity.

                                                    Recently i dialed the customer support number [protected]. I waited around 15 minutes to get connected with the support executive. The person who received the call for support listened to the query, he disconnected the call immediately after listening to the query. Such poor response they are giving, it is showing how irresponsible they are.
                                                    I don't think such customer support service will help people to resolve their problems.

                                                      I am the consumer of electricitiy of rural area JAUSARA, Bhatauli mirzapur, the problem is this I have got bill amount 63694/- rupees paid Bill cash 29063/-.dated- 12 JUN 2017 as per government concession I had to inform to pay only on 30000.00 rupees and rest amount is concession now I am checking current bill but there is no concession amount 39560.33 /- aded with new bill, pls correct and update new bill online because I have to pay new all Bill but amount is wrongly updated in current dues,

Now i wish to register with you. While trying for registration, the registration window asks for the bill no. Or the sbm no, which i do not come to know.

                                                          I have electricity connection[protected] upon wife name manju verma 269-w shakti nagar gorakhpur.
                                                          We don't stay gorakhpur last one year. Seldom lineman giving bogus reading and have to pay extra charges. We paid in nov 15.
                                                          Customer care not solving issue. Gave je's no. [protected], je says, it is not his area and also not telling who can solve issue.
